Workshop 1.- Which individuals will require the greatest consumption of resources and in which is there a greater potential for prevention? 80 places.
Workshop 2.- Use of Chronic Care Model tools adapted to the circumstances of the Spanish NHS. 30 places (NO VACANCY).
Workshop 3.- Shared decision-making. 42 places (NO VACANCY).

The registration fee includes: scientific session attendance, documentation, coffees, and lunches.

Cancelations

Any cancelations must be communicated to the Technical Secretariat in writing. Fees will be refunded after the Congress has concluded. The accommodations and registration fee will be returned in the case of cancellations effected before May 5, 2011. There will be a 20% retention fee for administrative costs for cancellations effected between May 6 and 14. No fees will be refunded for cancellations as of May 15.
